I was referred to Mr. Awad when I contacted Tonic Weight Loss Surgery last November 2022. Our first consultation was so professionally conducted and any anxieties I had about weight loss surgery were immediately gone, having discussed at length my history, the procedures and agreeing on a Gastric Sleeve as the way forward for me. He is very knowledgeable and my surgery was carried out mid February this year in Manchester. I am now 11 weeks post surgery and everything has gone so well, I have followed his careful protocols post surgery and trust the process entirely. To date I have lost 24kg /53lb and have no regrets it is life changing and I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Awad as his level of care, skill and attention to detail has been fantastic.

Having WLS with Tonic Weight Loss Surgery was the best decision I've made. I knew I was in trusted hands when I met with Dr Awad. He made me feel at ease & some of the nurses also said I'm in the best capable hands. I didn't feel like I was just a number, the care I received from him was person centred, Dr Awad visited me post surgery & I've had various telephone conversations with him.
